The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act requires companies to disclose efforts to eliminate slavery and human trafficking in supply chains. As a socially responsible company, Pitman Farms strives to comply with all applicable laws and all Pitman Farms employees are required to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we conduct our business, including laws related to the prohibition of human trafficking and slave labor. We do not currently engage in the actions described in Section 3(c)(1)-(5) of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010. We do expect to request material suppliers in our direct supply chain to certify that they comply with laws regarding human trafficking and slavery. This statement is made in compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 and is not directed nor is it to be interpreted under any other law or regime.

This Privacy Policy covers the “Personal Information” we collect through our Sites.

“Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. We do not knowingly share the Personal Information of individuals under 16 years of age, in a manner that constitutes a “sale” under California law.

Subject to certain exceptions, as a California consumer, you have the right to: (i) access your Personal Information; (ii) obtain deletion of your Personal Information; (iii) receive information about the Personal Information about you that we have “sold” (as such term is defined under California law) to third parties within the past 12 months; and (iv) opt-out of the “sale” of your Personal Information, including as detailed above in the “Cookies and Similar Technologies” section.] To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may be required to retain some of your Personal Information, and certain Personal Information is strictly necessary in order for us to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
